PCUSAINC (Percy Caplan Co. USA, INC) has been in the Boston Area since 1982.

Gary V. Caplan, principal of the firm, is the second generation to head this firm. Gary established a company in Boston and has since become a US citizen. He has been active in real estate all these years and has been licensed since 1966.

Gary V Caplan has dealt with all areas of real estate transactions, site selection, lease negotiations, lease preparations, lender negotiations, and purchases and sales. He is also an Asset Manager and Principal of non-competing commercial investments in Florida.
